KITCHEN TIPS
Tip-01
When effervesce forms on milk, the milk spills. To avoid this, place a wooden spoon on the bowl while boiling milk. It will stop the milk from spilling.

Tip-02
Lemons tend to become hard overtime if left outside or in the fridge. To make these lemons soft again, put these lemons in hot water for 10 minutes.

Tip-03
We generally throw away lemon peels after using lemons. There is a stingy smell in the house when there are a lot of guests or when we cook in large quantities. Boil the lemon peels in hot water to remove this stuffy feeling and make the air fresh and full of fragrance.

Tip-04
When we cut ladysfinger, the pieces stick to knife. To avoid this, rub a lemon piece on the knife and clean it with a napkin.

Tip-05
Brinjal pieces tend to darken after we cut them. To avoid this, put them in salt water after cutting.

Tip-06
To keep ants away from sugar, put 5-6 cloves in the sugar can.

While making puri, for 2 cups wheat flour, add 2 tablespoons bombay rava. This will make the puris puffier.

Add 2-3 teaspoons oil in chepathi dough. This will make chepathis softer and oil will not be necessary while cooking it on pan.
