Hello my cyber sisters! Its ya girl Taylor back with a bomb meal plan! Its time to get those waist snatched and booties poppin! we all prospering all summer 2018! Im active the first couple of hours of posting so talk to me down below !

MEAL PLAN

BREAKFAST
-PROTEIN SHAKE ( OF YOUR CHOICE)

AFTER WORKOUT SNACK
CELERY AND PEANUT BUTTER

LUNCH
– 2 sides of veggies of your choice ( I chose squash and asparagus)
– 1 serving a meat of your choice ( I chose turkey burger and turkey sausage links)

SNACK #2
A veggie of your choice ( I chose cherry tomatoes and salt free salt)

Dinner
– 2 sides of veggies of your choice ( I chose kale greens and sweet potato)
– 1 serving of a meat of your choice ( I chose grilled salmon)
