Ingredients:
6 – boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 – green bell pepper, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 – red bell pepper, cut into bite size pieces
3 stalks – green onion, chopped
2 1/2 cups – steamed riced cauliflower
1 Tbs – toasted sesame seeds

Marinade
1/3 cup – soy sauce
1/4 cup – rice vinegar
1 Tbs – minced garlic
1 Tbs – red pepper flakes
1 tsp – sesame oil
1 tsp – Chinese five spice

Orange sauce:
1 Tbs – Peanut oil
1/2 tsp – ground ginger
1/2 tsp – orange flavoring
1/4 cup – granulated sugar substitute
1/4 cup – granulated Sukrin Gold
1/4 cup – rice vinegar
2 Tbs – soy sauce
2 Tbs – water
1/2 tsp – xanthan gum

Per serving (recipe divided by 4 including the cauliflower):
